Rick discovered the joys of the inner bayside lifestyle back in 1974 when he purchased his current home in South Melbourne. He was then operating his own business as a country agent for Levi’s and after 15 years of travelling throughout Victoria felt the need to stay closer to home to help raise his young expanding family. He decided that with his local knowledge and love for the area a career in real estate was the right choice for him.

Following a most successful 8 years of working for a much larger franchise style agency, Rick realised that there was an opportunity for a smaller boutique agency offering a more personalised approach to the servicing of real estate sales and management.

Together with Xavier Maher they opened their real estate office in August 1994 and have remained true to their commitment providing personalised service to all and achieving a quality undeliverable by their bigger less flexible competitors.

Whereas Rick maintained his fitness playing VFL footy with the Melbourne Demons in the 60’s and coached Holbrook in country NSW in the early 70’s, he’s now a keen walker and bike rider. His 3 children and grandchildren occupy much of his leisure time.
